Migrate Lotus Notes to Outlook

Easy and Simple steps to convert NSF to PST

» Open SysTools Export Notes . Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools Export Notes » SysTools Export Notes. Software will display the following screen:

» Click on Browse Button to select Lotus Notes Database.

» After Clicking Browse button following screen appears:

» Select the File and Click on Open Button and then software displays following screen:

» Then click on Start Scan button to start the scanning of selected Notes Database as in the screen below:

 

As soon as the scanning completes software will prompt following alert box:

» After scanning the Lotus Notes Database, software will display all emails, calendar, journals, to do list or address book (if names.nsf file has been selected for scanning.) in its specific tabs as in the screen below:

Mails: To view Lotus Notes emails click on the Mail tab as shown below:

Calendar: To view Calendars, click on Calendar tab as shown below:

To Do List: To view To do List, click on To Do List tab as shown below:

Personal Journal: To view Lotus Notes Journals, click on Personal Journal tab as shown below:

» Then go to Export tab and proceed further.

» Export tab contains the list of items to be converted to MS Outlook as in the screen below:

» Select or Deselect the items that you wants to export NSF to PST accordingly and Choose Outlook Format. SysTools Export Notes provides option to Export NSF to PST file in two formats i.e. Outlook 2000/2002/XP (Ansi Format ) & Outlook 2003/2007 (Unicode Format).

» Click on Start Conversion button as shown below:

» Now choose the location where you want to save the New MS Outlook PST file:

» Select folder or drive and Click on OK button. Then Software will display following:

» Click on Export to Outlook button to proceed Lotus Notes Migration process as shown below:

» After convertinf Lotus Notes to Outlook PST file, the software will display you the saving location of PST File with its migration date and time as shown below:
